This will be a short but powerful post.
How would you react if I told you that you can increase your page rank for your site, increase your search engine rank and thereby increase your sales without any incoming links? You can do this just by manipulating the links within your site. This works almost every time just by letting the pages within your own sites linking back to your home page and vice-versa.
I order for this to work I assume your site have some sort of pagerank. The way this works is for example if your site have a pagerank of 2, then you link it to your other sites within your site and back. Say you have three pages addition to your homepage and you link to all three google will divide your page rank in three and give each of your sites a page rank of 0.66. A site just put out there have a page rank value of 0.12 – 0.15 (these numbers are not accurate but it’s in that area) plus 0.66 they get from the home page they will each have a page rank of minimum 0.78. If they link pack to the home page you will almost immediately increase your authority with google. And you know your math so if you have 500 hundred article pages on your site linking back and forth for the same key word phrase using this strategy it becomes extremely powerful. Page rank are some what exponential and the details are a bit complicated and no one knows exactly what’s behind google’s black box, so you can’t multiply 0.78 x 500 obviously but you will increase your page rank significantly. You can essentially run your own article directory without any incoming links e.g ezinearticle.com. This is called the simple pyramid diagram and works best if you have one keyword phrase. But if you have several keyword phrases on your site, simply create one pyramid for each keyword phrase.
Another way is if you have two sites with a page rank of 2 each. They both link back to each other, and the second page also links to your three other pages giving them a page rank of 0.12 + 0.66, and they link back to site one. This is extremely powerful.
